Winter Storm Completion February 19, 2021

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown were back out for a second round after the storm that began on February 18, 2021 around 11am on February 19. All teams were sent home for a mandatory rest period during the early morning hours as well to re-asses the storm as it had changed from it’s original forecast. Within Oakville, Milton and Waterdown these sites received anywhere from 5-7cm of snowfall during this storm and received a full plow and salt run. Within Burlington our commercial and condominium properties received a salt run during the early morning hours of February 19 as these sites had residual salt which helped combat some of the snow that fell. When the teams went back out again for another service run all sites were touched up and re-salted to help combat any slippery areas from forming. All residential properties received servicing this storm as the total amounts were above the 5cm threshold of snowfall.

Throughout the evening on February 19, 2021 all teams will be monitoring all sites as well weather, they all remain on call and standby should the weather change. Please check back to this site for future service updates.

During the early morning hours the snow began again and covered all sites with a dusting of snow.
