This will allow the freezing rain to melt on impact thus providing safe conditions on all sites.

Our teams at this time may be out for a full plow and then salt upon completion of plowing instead of pre-salting but we will be receiving reports from our teams throughout the evening and will update this site with what our teams will be doing in regards to service levels.
