Update – Site Servicing and Monitoring January 22, 2021

Paramount Service teams within Burlington, Oakville, Waterdown and Milton will continue to monitor all sites throughout these service regions in the overnight hours of January 22, 2021. These areas did not receive anymore snowfall throughout the day of January 22.  With the snow that fell during the early morning hours all sites were checked and servicing was not required.  All teams are on standby should any servicing be required.

These areas did not receive anymore snowfall throughout the day of January 22.  With the snow that fell during the early morning hours all sites were checked and servicing was not required.  All teams are on standby should any servicing be required.

Paramount Service teams in Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge started to perform a full salt service run within these regions.  All sites had received anywhere from a trace to 2cm of snowfall with a potential for more throughout the day of January 22, 2021.  This salt service run is being performed as the temperatures below freezing and continuing to fall throughout the day and overnight and to help combat any slippery areas from arising.  The teams were completed this salt service run as of 11am on January 22nd, 2021.  These teams will continue to monitor the weather as well sites throughout the overnight hours as there is a possibility for a few flurries.  We will update if servicing is required in these service regions.

Paramount Service teams within Guelph received reports of some snow accumulation beginning around 5pm on January 22nd, 2021.  Teams for Guelph were deployed as of 6pm to perform a salt service run.  This salt run is being performed to help combat any slippery conditions from arising due to the temperatures being well below freezing over night.  We have an anticipated completion of this run as of 10pm on January 22nd, 2021.

These areas did not receive anymore snowfall throughout the day of January 22.  With the snow that fell during the early morning hours all sites were checked and some sites required spot salting which was performed during the morning.  All teams are on standby should any servicing be further required.
