Site Servicing Completion January 10, 2022

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown teams started a full salt service run of all properties as of 1am. These areas have received around a trace of snow during the early evening of January 9 and into the morning of January 10, 2022. These areas had been seeing snow squalls throughout the evening and with the temperatures being well below freezing the salt run is being performed to help combat any slippery areas that may arise due to the dusting of snow that was received. Which will also combat some flurries that are forecasted for the afternoon. Please note, the salt may take longer to activate as the temperatures are so cold. Salt will take longer after it hits below -7 and the temperatures hovering around -8 to -10°C. All sites were serviced by 4am on January 10, 2022.

These areas have been seeing snow squalls coming through during the evening hours which has dropped a trace of snow. The salt run is being performed to help combat the snow that fell as well to help prevent slippery areas that may arise due to the temperatures below well below the freezing point. Please note, the salt may take longer to activate as the temperatures are so cold. Salt will take longer after it hits below -7 and the temperatures hovering around -8 to -10°C. All routes were completed as of 2am on January 10, 2022.
