Site Servicing and Weather Monitoring February 4, 2023

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown will continue monitoring a system that is possible for the early morning hours of February 4, 2023. There is a potential for less than a centimeter of snow to fall between the hours of 7am and 9am on February 4, 2023. Temperatures are still remaining extremely cold so the changes of the snow actually sticking is probably slim. Our teams will remain on standby and will deploy should servicing be required as our management teams will be monitoring this potential system. Please stay warm during this cold snap. The Paramount Service teams throughout Hamilton, Stoney Creek and Brantford have been monitoring streemers that have been coming through the Stoney Creek areas. Our teams will be out to perform a salt service run of sites as of 6am on February 4, 2023 from Nikola Tesla Blvd onwards towards Grimsby. Within these areas it seems as though we received less than a centimeter of snow, this salt run will be performed to help combat any slippery areas that may arise. Temperatures are still remaining extremely cold, please be advised that the salt can lose it’s effectiveness in these extreme cold temperatures and may take longer to take effect. Our teams within Hamilton and Brantford will remain on standby and will deploy should servicing be required as our management teams will be monitoring this potential system. The Paramount Service teams throughout Fort Erie were monitoring a streemer that came through this region around 9pm on February 3rd, 2023. This system dropped close to a centimeter of snow. Our teams deployed to perform a salt service run of sites within this region as of 11pm on February 3rd, 2023 and completed this run as of 2:30am. Temperatures are still remaining extremely cold so please note, the salt may lose it’s effectiveness or take longer to react.
