Site Servicing and Weather Monitoring February 2, 2023

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown have been monitoring a weather episode that started February 2, 2023 during the early evening around 7pm. Between 7pm and 9pm there were some flurries that took place within these regions. As of 11pm sites within Burlington and Oakville do not require servicing where as Oakville and Waterdown saw a trace of snow that is required to be serviced. Our teams within Waterdown and Milton are starting a full salt service run to help combat the snow that fell as well any potential snow that is forecasted from 12am to 2am on February 3rd with total amounts less than a centimeter forecasted. All teams remain on standby should servicing be required in the other cities. We have an anticipated completion of sites within Waterdown and Milton by 3am on February 3rd, 2023. Temperatures during the overnight and early morning hours are dropping significantly and will be ranging anywhere from -12 to -18° with extreme cold weather alerts being issued from Environment Canada. Between 7pm and 9pm there were some flurries that took place within these regions. As of 11pm sites within Hamilton and Stoney Creek do not require servicing where as Brantford saw a trace of snow that is required to be serviced. Our teams within Brantford are starting a full salt service run to help combat the snow that fell as well any potential snow that is forecasted from 11pm to 2am on February 3rd with total amounts less than a centimeter forecasted.
