Site Servicing and Weather Monitoring December 23, 2023

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown have been keeping a close eye on the weather and all sites within these regions.  All sites were checked and as of 6am no servicing was required but we will continue to monitoring system that was forecasted to start around 4am on December 23rd with temperatures hovering around the 0° mark the potential for freezing rain still a possibility between 4am and 7am.  Temperatures started to rise around 7am, throughout the early morning we experienced minor ice pellets but any precipitation that did fall melted upon contact. With the residual salt from the previous salt run all sites should remain safe should this system come through.  All teams remain on standby should a service run be required.  Our snow management staff are closely monitoring the weather and will call staff in should servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates as well any weather updates.

** UPDATE – Our team within Cambridge salted all properties within this service city as of 8am on December 23, 2023. Sites within these regions had seen some mixed precipitation earlier in the morning and temperatures remained at the freezing mark. Our teams performed this salt service run to help combat the snow as well to combat slippery areas. The salting commenced as of 8am and was completed by 9am on December 23. Our teams will continue to monitor all sites and will update should further servicing if required.
