The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown will be monitoring the sites as well weather throughout the overnight hours of January 4 into the early morning of January 5. Throughout these regions we are receiving an extreme amounts of rain but the temperatures during the early morning of January 5 are going to be dipping to freezing or just below freezing. There is also a potential for some scattered flurries throughout the afternoon of January 5, this salt service run is being performed to help combat any slippery areas from forming while temperatures dip to freezing as well combat the snow that is potentially in the forecast. Our teams are planning on performing a salt service run of all regions as of 2am January 5, our management teams will be reconvening as of 11pm on January 4 to review the weather and make a call for service levels.
