Salt Service Run Completion November 20, 2022

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown were monitoring all sites starting midnight of November 20, 2022 and management staff deemed it necessary for a Full Salt Service Run of these areas. Our teams started a full salt service run of all properties as of 2am. This salt run was performed to help combat any slippery areas from the snow that had fallen early evening of November 19, 2022. Within these sites our teams reports to have received approximately 1cm of snowfall, throughout the early morning hours we started to see some drifting snow as well some snow squalls. All sites received a full salt service run to help combat the slippery areas that had started to form due to the temperature drop well below 0°, most areas were at -6° which some areas had a light layer of ice. Our teams completed their salt service runs by 12pm on November 20th. All teams remain on standby should servicing be required at any of these sites within these regions. The Paramount Service teams throughout Fort Erie have been batting a very large system that began November 17th, around 10pm. Our teams have serviced the properties within this region eight times throughout a very large weather episode. Within Fort Erie and most of the cities surrounding the Niagara Region were under a Large Snowfall Warning, to see amounts up to 50-60cm of snowfall throughout. Within Fort Erie our teams faced close to 60cm of snowfall. They worked tirelessly to ensure our properties remained open and safe. Teams within these regions will be back out overnight tonight on the 20th or very early morning of November 21 to do a final cleaning as well salt service run.
