Salt Service Run Completion December 31, 2023

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown started a full salt service run as of 5pm on December 31, 2023.  Throughout these sites we saw anywhere from 1 to 2 cm of mixed precipitation.  Temperatures throughout this weather episode are hovering around the 0°C with hitting around -4°.  The salt run was performed to help combat slippery areas that may arise with temperatures being below freezing as well as combat the snow that is forecasted to fall.  All teams completed their runs as of 10pm.  All teams remain on standby should any further servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for service level updates for all regions as well as weather updates.
