Salt Service Run and Site Monitoring December 14, 2020

Paramount Service teams for Burlington started to perform the salt service run throughout the north ends of Burlington as of 9:30pm on December 14, 2020.  Shovel crew teams are out performing salt run on the walks, as of this time no residential properties will be serviced as we did not hit the 5cm threshold.  Sites within Burlington received snow squalls that made properties slick with the temperature drop.  The salt run will help combat any slippery areas that may arise with the temperatures dropping to -6 overnight.  These sites received anywhere from a dusting to a centimeter of snowfall.  Sites within South Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown will not be serviced as these sites did not receive the same streamer.

We have an estimated completion of all sites within North Burlington by 2am on December 15, 2020.
