Nick Tummillo's Bio
Bringing a wealth of knowledge through previous roles and freelance work, Nick possesses an abundance of experience in social media growth and optimization. He takes a creative approach in all of Paramount's online content creation, landscape photography and blog copywriting.
Nick enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching football and spending time with his family.
Doug Dolson's Bio
Doug’s true passions are Paramount and the future for his family. While Doug grew up, his Father was an entrepreneur which started this love and true thirst for owning a company one day. He spent his young adult years working in management positions for multiple companies, helping in growth and advancement.
Although he had worked in landscaping at a young age, his love for being outdoors and entrepreneurship collided when he landed working for another landscape company in his early 30s that needed help, and after two years of managing the maintenance division, he decided that this was where his career goals were, and he started Paramount Landscaping Inc. The company would not be where it is today without the family atmosphere that Paramount provides. In the little downtime that he has, Doug enjoys spending time with family and friends and his dog, vacationing, watching a sports game or TV and spending time in the great outdoors.
Jamie Ward's Bio
Jamie joined the Paramount team as VP of Operations in November of 2021. Jamie is a seasoned landscape and property maintenance professional with over 30 years of extensive knowledge, experience, and an entrepreneurial background in the industry. When not working, Jamie spends a great deal of time outdoors tending to his extensive collection of Bonsai trees. He belongs to several horticulture clubs and organizations. While gardening and horticulture are a true passion for Jamie, his greatest joy is spending time with his family.
Naomi Wallace's Bio
Naomi joined the Paramount Team full time in 2009 bringing the abilities she learned from her previous retail sales position, along with her strong traits in organization and computer skills.
She is currently the Office Manager here at Paramount and is excited to take on the new role working in the HR department with us. If you call or email us, chances are that Naomi will be the one you will speak with or hear from, or the one behind the scenes helping our business run smoothly. Naomi has been a Waterdown resident all her life and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include reading, watching TV and spending time with her cat and dog.
Nicholas Compeau's Bio
Nicholas Compeau is a husband, a father and a student of life, who has always enjoyed expanding his knowledge of the world. He has worked for Paramount for quite some time including while he was studying for his BA and training to be a firefighter.
Nick has grown with Paramount over the years and is now the Vehicle and equipment manager. He has always enjoyed the challenges that Paramount has presented as an expanding company. He enjoys sharing his passion and knowledge of landscaping to the young men and woman working with him everyday. Nick’s enjoyment outside of work involve spending time with his family and friends, spending time in nature, watching TV and spending time at the gun range.
Dave Brejak's Bio
David is the newest addition to our management team here at Paramount and has taken on the role of Construction Manager. He has over 25 years of experience in the landscaping industry and brings with him a lifetime of design ideas.
Dave grew up in landscaping with generations of family showing pride and dedication to their gardens. His passion for the industry comes from the love of the outdoors in all seasons. He lives in Burlington with his wife, Linda and beagle, Dixie. His proudest title is Papa from his first grandchild, Emma and in his spare time loves fishing, yard work and spending time with family.
Kimberly Vallee's Bio
Kimberly comes to us from the provincial government with 33 years of experience in finance. Kimberly was responsible for a finance team who managed multiple budgets in the information technology area.
Throughout her years of service, Kimberly was always looking for technology improvements to decrease manual process and increasing efficiency through the implementation of financial applications.
Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, sewing, and golfing.
Cathy Istead's Bio
Cathy joined our Paramount group in early 2022. She brings along with her over 30 years of executive experience.
Born in Toronto, raised in Cambridge, and now residing in Waterdown with her Husband Rob and their pets since 2005.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting the family car racing team, day trips to parks and trails, and most of all is time with her 2 Grandchildren Kolton and Charlee. Cathy will always be happy to assist you in the best possible way.
Kerri Dolson's Bio
Kerri started with Paramount in 2005 as part of the lawn maintenance crew, while putting herself through school for Kinesiology and Health Sciences.
Over the years she has tried on different hats within Paramount and currently assists with administration efforts and various projects throughout the company. Kerri’s greatest passion is her family. She enjoys spending time with them, vacationing, camping, and providing nourishing meals and snacks for them. Before family life, Kerri had a great love of Holistic Nutrition and healthy living. Becoming an RHN (registered Holistic Nutritionist) was the most eye-opening experience for her. Kerri’s other loves include traveling, animals, nature, cooking and anatomy/ physiology.
David Morris's Bio
David has been with Paramount now for several years. David came to us with 20 years’ experience in Direct Sales. His knowledge has expanded in both Property Maintenance and Soft Scape Projects. Recently David took on a new challenge and is now the Property Maintenance Coordinator. On a more personal note, David is a husband and a father of three. David is also a HUGE fan of the Star Wars Universe, but also enjoys riding his Harley Davidson out with his friends when the opportunity arises.
Steve Meyer's Bio
Steve joined the Paramount Team in the Summer of 2022 and brings a great deal of knowledge and experience with his 5 years in the teaching field and 5 years in landscaping and groundskeeping. He brings a variety of skill to the company with his history in managing adults and children, organization with complicated operations, and quickly adapting to new situations in an effective manner.
Steve is currently the Property Maintenance Sales Manager here at Paramount and is the first one you will talk to if you are interested in obtaining a quote for Property Maintenance or Snow Removal. Steve has always loved the outdoors and takes pride in making a property beautiful through landscaping and high-quality maintenance. He currently lives in Hamilton with his girlfriend Sarah and in his spare time enjoys hiking, going to the gym, playing basketball, swimming, and spending time with his family. Steve is also a big movie buff, and enjoys the films of James Bond, Lord of the Rings, and Mission Impossible among many others.
