It looks like winter will be providing us with another event in the course of the next 36 hours within Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown beginning November 30, 2020.

This system is a very tricky one to predict. As of this moment rain is falling in all of Paramount Landscaping service areas. According to our Weather programs, depending on your region the rain will turn to wet snow/snow approximately around the midnight hour tonight and continue as light snow throughout the day tomorrow with accumulations anywhere from 5-15cm by end of day tomorrow.

So, how does this affect our time of dispatch? As you’re well aware as per the agreement we are obligated to start plowing and clearing when the accumulation of snow reaches 5cm. With that said, the snow may take some time to stick as ground temperatures are quite warm. We will continue to monitor the weather throughout the evening and overnight hours and will dispatch as we see fit.
