Most sites have received a trace amount of snow accumulation, with the salt that was applied on the last run as of 7am no servicing has been required. The Paramount Service teams throughout Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Grimsby and Brantford teams will be monitoring the weather system that is forecasted to start within these regions as of 3am on November 30th, 2021. The forecast is calling for 1-3cm of snowfall throughout the morning and ending by 10am on November 30th, 2021. Temperatures will be around the -3° mark in the beginning of this system and will be rising by 10am to 0°C. All teams are on standby for this weather system and we will be making the decision of service level as the system comes through. Light Snow

The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge teams were monitoring all sites throughout this weather episode that began around 5am within these regions. Our Kitchener – Waterloo and Cambridge started a salt service run as of 6am on November 30, 2021. These areas received anywhere from 1 to 2cm of snowfall during the early morning hours. Our teams in Guelph started a salt service run as of 9:30am, these areas have received around 1-2cm of accumulation after site monitoring was being done. The salt run is being performed to help combat any slippery areas from forming, temperatures are on the rise but will be dipping again below freezing later this afternoon. Our teams have an estimated completion of all routes for salting as of 12pm on November 30, 2021. Please check back to this site for future service level updates.
