The Paramount Service teams throughout Milton and Waterdown started a salt service run as of 11pm on February 2nd, 2023. Within these service areas we had seen a band of snow that came through that started February 2, 2023 during the early evening around 7pm. Between 7pm and 9pm there were some flurries that took place within these regions along with a snow squall warning that was issued. Within Waterdown and Milton these areas saw more of the snow squalls come through with snow that stuck, a trace amount in most of these sites as well some blowing snow. Our teams within Milton plowed a few sites due to the blowing and drifting snow. The salt service run within Milton and Waterdown was performed to help combat the snow that had fallen as well combat further snow that was forecasted to fall during the early morning hours of February 3, 2023. As of 11pm on February 2nd, 2023 sites within Burlington and Oakville did not require servicing. All teams remain on standby should servicing be required in the other cities. Our teams completed this salt service run as of 3am on February 3rd, 2023. Temperatures during the overnight and early morning hours are dropping significantly and will be ranging anywhere from -12 to -18° with extreme cold weather alerts being issued from Environment Canada. Within these service areas we had seen a band of snow that came through that started February 2, 2023 during the early evening around 7pm. Between 7pm and 9pm there were some flurries that took place within these regions along with a snow squall warning that was issued. Within Brantford these areas saw more of the snow squalls come through with snow that stuck, a trace amount in most of these sites as well some blowing snow. The salt service run within Brantford was performed to help combat the snow that had fallen as well combat further snow that was forecasted to fall during the early morning hours of February 3, 2023. As of 11pm on February 2nd, 2023 sites within Hamilton and Stoney Creek did not require servicing. All teams remain on standby should servicing be required in the other cities. The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge started a salt service run as of 11pm on February 2nd, 2023. Within these service areas we had seen a band of snow that came through that started February 2, 2023 during the early evening around 7pm. Between 7pm and 9pm there were some flurries that took place within these regions along with a snow squall warning that was issued. Our teams within Guelph had to also perform a plow service due to the blowing and drifting snow and accumulation of close to 3 to 4cm of snowfall. The salt service run within these regions was performed to help combat the snow that had fallen as well combat further snow that was forecasted to fall during the early morning hours of February 3, 2023. Our teams completed this plow and salt run as of 4am on February 3rd, 2023. Temperatures during the overnight and early morning hours are dropping significantly and will be ranging anywhere from -12 to -18° with extreme cold weather alerts being issued from Environment Canada.
