The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown teams started a full salt service run as of 3:30am on January 9, 2022 of all sites within these regions. Throughout the evening of January 8 and into the early morning hours of January 9 these regions were receiving freezing drizzle. The temperatures are hovering around the freezing point to just above freezing which can make untreated and treated areas slippery, this salt run is being performed to help combat any slippery areas from forming. All teams completed their routes by 6am on January 9, 2022.
