The Paramount Service teams throughout Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge teams will be monitoring all sites throughout the overnight hours of December 11 into December 12, 2021. Throughout the day we have been experiencing higher than normal temperatures but during the overnight hours there is a chance for some rain turning into flurries due to the temperatures falling below the freezing mark. Our teams will be keeping an eye on the sites as well weather, if any servicing is required all teams are on standby. Please check back to this site for service level updates.
As of 4am on December 12 all sites within Guelph have been checked for any slippery areas due to the temperatures dipping below freezing during the early morning hours and we have teams out to perform a salt service run to help combat slippery areas from where water was pooling and didn’t dry throughout the day on December 11, 2021. Our teams within Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge are still checking sites and we are waiting on reports of slippery areas for service level updates. We have an estimated completion of the routes by 11am on December 12, 2021. Please check back to this site for updates on Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge.
