The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown had been monitoring all sites within these regions during the afternoon and evening hours of December 7, 2024.  There was a system that had been lingering over these regions all afternoon on December 7, 2024, with scattered flurries with a chance of close to 2cm of snowfall.  Temperatures remain around the 0°C mark during the afternoon hours and into the evening the temperatures started to rise with a mixed precipitation event taking place. Temperatures are forecasted to be around 5°C December 8, 2024.  As of 6 pm and 10 pm, all sites within these regions were checked and no servicing was required during this weather episode.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge had been monitoring all sites within these regions during the afternoon and evening hours of December 7, 2024.  There was a system that had been lingering over these regions all afternoon on December 7, 2024, with scattered flurries with a chance of close to 2cm of snowfall.  Temperatures remain around the 0°C mark during the afternoon hours and into the evening the temperatures started to rise with a mixed precipitation event taking place. Temperatures are forecasted to be around 5°C December 8, 2024.  Sites within Guelph, Kitchener, and Waterloo were serviced with a salt service run which was performed to help combat the snow that fell as well to help prevent any slippery areas that may arise while temperatures were sitting at the freezing mark.

As of 7 pm December 7, our teams within Guelph were dispatched to perform a salt service run throughout this region as they had seen a trace of snowfall in the early evening.  This salt service run is being performed to help combat the snow that fell as well to combat any slippery areas that may arise while temperatures are hovering around 0°C.  While performing this service run the temperatures started to rise, and the servicing continued as some sites had snow present.  Our teams within Guelph Completed their service run as of 11:30pm on December 7, 2024.

As of 9 pm December 7, our teams were deployed within Kitchener, Waterloo as they had received a trace to a centimeter of snowfall during the hours of 7 pm and 9 pm.  This salt service run was performed to help combat the snow that fell as well as to combat any slippery areas that may arise while temperatures are hovering around 0°C.  While performing this service run the temperatures started to rise, and the servicing continued as some sites had snow present.  Our teams within Guelph Completed their service run as of 11:30pm on December 7, 2024.  Sites within Cambridge were checked throughout the weather episode and no servicing was required to be performed during this time.

Temperatures are forecasted to be around 5°C December 8, 2024.  As of 6 pm and 10 pm, all sites within these regions were checked and no servicing was required during this weather episode.

As of 9:30 pm our teams within Toronto had seen anywhere from a trace to a centimeter of snowfall between the hours of 6 pm and 9 pm.  With the temperatures on the rise, the teams were deployed to perform this salt service run within these sites to help combat the snow that has fallen as well as combat any slippery areas that may arise.  Temperatures are hovering around 1°C and on the rise throughout the overnight and morning hours of December 8, 2024. While performing this service run the temperatures started to rise, and the servicing continued as some sites had snow present.  Teams within Toronto completed their salt service run as of 2:30am on December 8, 2024.

As of 9:30 pm our teams within Georgetown and Brampton deployed to perform a salt service run of sites within this region.  The teams reported that within this region they have received anywhere from a trace to a centimeter of snowfall between the hours of 7 pm and 9 pm.  Our teams performed this salt service run to help combat the snow that has fallen as well to help combat any slippery areas that may arise as the temperatures are hovering around 0°C with mixed precipitation and on the rise. While performing this service run the temperatures started to rise, and the servicing continued as some sites had snow present.  Teams completed this service run as of 11pm on December 7, 2024.

Temperatures are forecasted to be around 4°C December 8, 2024.  As of 6 pm and 10 pm, all sites within these regions were checked and no servicing was required during this weather episode.

** Update – As of 2:30am our teams within London were deployed to service the properties, within this region they had received another 5cm of snowfall so these sites were plowed and salted during this weather episode.  Our teams completed their service run as of 3am on December 8.  Temperatures are forecasted to be on thee rise to around 3°C throughout the day which may give a little relief to these teams as they had faced a large system that kept coming through with large amounts of snow during this past week.
