Service Run Completion December 4, 2024

The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown started a service run as of 10 pm on December 5, 2024.  Within these regions, we received anywhere from 2 to 3 cm of snowfall throughout the day on December 4th, 2024, and an additional 1 to 2cm during the evening hours.  The system started around 5 pm and tapered off around 1 am.  We sent the teams out to perform a salt service run throughout Burlington, Oakville, and Milton, our sites within Waterdown required to be plowed as they had received 5cm.  During this system, the temperatures were hovering between -1 to 0°C and started to drop below freezing during the early morning hours.  This service run was performed to help combat the snow that fell and to prevent any slippery areas from arising.  Between the hours of 4 and 6 am, we received another band of snow that reached across all regions which dropped a trace to 2 cm.  Our teams completed their salt and plow services as of 5 am on December 5, 2024, and our snow management teams remained out checking sites to ensure the safety of our clients.

Our teams are all on standby should servicing be required throughout these regions along with our snow management team, who will continue to monitor all sites and update should any servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Brantford started a service run as of 10 pm on December 5, 2024.  Within these regions, we received anywhere from 2 to 3 cm of snowfall throughout the day on December 4th, 2024, and an additional 1 to 2cm during the evening hours.  The system started around 5 pm and tapered off around 1 am.  We sent the teams out to perform a salt service run throughout these regions within Hamilton Mountain, Stoney Creek, and Brantford these properties required to be plowed as they had received 5-6cm.  During this system, the temperatures were hovering between -1 to 0°C and started to drop below freezing during the early morning hours.  This service run was performed to help combat the snow that fell and to prevent any slippery areas from arising.  Between the hours of 4 and 6 am, we received another band of snow that reached across all regions which dropped a trace to 2 cm.  Our teams completed their salt and plow services as of 9 am on December 5, 2024, and our snow management teams remained out checking sites to ensure the safety of our clients.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge started a service run as of 10 pm on December 5, 2024.  Within these regions, we received anywhere from 2 to 3 cm of snowfall throughout the day on December 4th, 2024, and an additional 1 to 2cm during the evening hours.  The system started around 5 pm and tapered off around 1 am.  We sent the teams out to perform a full plow service as they had received anywhere from 5 to 7cm of snowfall during this weather episode.  During this system, the temperatures were hovering between -1 to 0°C and started to drop below freezing during the early morning hours.  This service run was performed to help combat the snow that fell and to prevent any slippery areas from arising.  Between the hours of 4 and 6 am, we received another band of snow that reached across all regions which dropped a trace to 2 cm.  Within these regions, during the afternoon we are forecasted to see scattered flurries with drafting snow.  Our teams completed their salt and plow services as of 6 am on December 5, 2024, and our snow management teams remained out checking sites to ensure the safety of our clients.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Toronto, Scarborough, and Markham started a service run as of 10 pm on December 5, 2024.  Within these regions, we received anywhere from 2 to 3 cm of snowfall throughout the day on December 4th, 2024, and an additional 1 to 2cm during the evening hours.  The system started around 5 pm and tapered off around 1 am.  We sent the teams out to perform a salt service run throughout these regions and north of the 401 required to be plowed as they had received closer to 5cm.  During this system, the temperatures were hovering between 1°C to 0°C and started to drop below freezing during the early morning hours.  This service run was performed to help combat the snow that fell and to prevent any slippery areas from arising.  Between the hours of 4 and 6 am, we received another band of snow that reached across all regions which dropped a trace to 1 cm.  Our teams completed their salt and plow services as of 6 am on December 5, 2024, and our snow management teams remained out checking sites to ensure the safety of our clients.

Light Flurries

The Paramount Service teams throughout London and Woodstock started a service run as of 10 pm on December 5, 2024.  Within these regions, we received anywhere from 2 to 3 cm of snowfall throughout the day on December 4th, 2024, and an additional 1 to 2cm during the evening hours.  The system started around 5 pm and tapered off around 1 am.  Our teams were out to perform a salt service run throughout these regions to be plowed as they had received 5cm.  During this system, the temperatures were hovering between -1 to 0°C and started to drop below freezing during the early morning hours.  This service run was performed to help combat the snow that fell and to prevent any slippery areas from arising.  In London, they are in a continuous forecast of snow throughout the day on December 5, 2024 with a potential of another 11 to 12cm of snowfall until it is forecasted to taper off as of 10 pm on December 5.  Our teams are continuously monitoring this round of wintery weather that London has been seeing over the past week.  Sites were serviced with a full plow and salt run during the early morning hours and our teams are working diligently to keep the sites clean and safe.
