The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown will monitor the weather episode in the forecast for December 4 starting early in the morning throughout these regions beginning around 4 am on December 4, 2024.  Throughout these regions, there is a potential for anywhere from 3 to 5cm of snowfall forecasted as Scattered Flurries throughout the early morning and continuing in the evening of December 4, 2024, we could see a mix between an Alberta Clipper and Lake Effect Snow.  Properties within the higher elevations could potentially see more accumulation.  Temperatures are forecasted to be around -2° and going to 0°C during this weather episode.  Our teams will be starting a salt service run as of 2 am on December 4, 2024, in preparation for combating the snow that is falling to help combat any slippery areas that may arise.  We have an estimated completion time of all runs by 6 am on December 4, 2024.
