The Paramount Service teams throughout Oshawa and Ajax will be monitoring the weather episode in the forecast for December 4 starting early in the morning throughout these regions beginning around 4 am on December 4, 2024. Throughout these regions, there is a potential for anywhere from 3 to 5cm of snowfall forecasted as Scattered Flurries throughout the early morning and continuing in the evening of December 4, 2024, we could see a mix between an Alberta Clipper and Lake Effect Snow. Properties within the higher elevations could potentially see more accumulation. Temperatures are forecasted to be around -2° and going to 0°C during this weather episode. Our teams will be starting a salt service run as of 2am on December 4, 2024 in preparation for combating the snow that is falling as well to help combat any slippery areas that may arise.
Our snow management team will continue to monitor all sites and update should any servicing be required. Our teams remain on standby should servicing be required. Please check back to this site for future service level updates.
