The Paramount Service teams throughout Hamilton, Stoney Creek and Brantford were monitoring all sites within these regions during the evening and overnight hours of January 9 into January 10, 2023. As of 3am our teams were checking all sites throughout and no servicing was required during this weather episode. All teams remain on standby should this requirement change. The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph started a full salt service run of properties within this region as of 11pm on January 9, 2023. These areas had seen more precipitation in the form of rain / drizzle and temperatures were hovering around 0 to -2°C overnight. this salt run was decided to be performed to help combat any slippery areas that may arise. Sites were completed with a salt service run as of 1am. Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge started a salt service run within these regions of 1am again due to the drizzle that was received throughout the evening and into the morning hours of January 10. The temperatures were also hovering between 0 to -1°. These sites were completed by 4:30am on January 10, 2023.
