The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge will be starting a full service run throughout these regions as of 6pm. Most cities within these regions have received close to 5cm of snowfall during this system with the temperatures hovering around the freezing point. There is a chance for close to a centimeter of snow that is supposed to continue into the early morning hours of February 12th, 2022. Some cities will require a full plow service as well a salt run and this will be determined upon arrival of the properties. Temperatures will be dipping well below the freezing point during the early morning hours so this salt run is being performed to help combat any further snow that may fall as well any slippery areas from forming, as well flurries that are forecasted during the early morning of February 12th, 2022. Temperatures within these regions over the weekend will be reaching around -20 to -22°C. We have an anticipated completion of these routes by 12am on February 12th, 2022. Please check back to this site for future service level updates.
