Paramount Service teams within Burlington, Oakville, Waterdown and Milton started their salt service run as of 12pm on January 3, 2021. Within these service areas they had received anywhere from 1 to 3cm of snowfall during the day on January 3. Temperatures are forecasted to dip below freezing overnight so the salt service run was performed to help prevent any slippery areas from arising. All sites were completed within these regions as of 5pm on January 3. No residential properties were serviced within this run as we did not hit the 5cm threshold of snowfall.
