The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph teams started a full salt service run as of 9pm in all regions. All regions have been seeing scattered flurries that began around 12pm and expected to go until 11pm tonight. We are forecasted to see less than a centimeter of snowfall throughout the day which has stuck in most regions. This salt run is being performed to help combat the snow that has fallen throughout the day and is forecasted to continue into the early evening. Termpatures are forecasted to get colder again in the early morning hours to around -13°C to -15°C so this salt run will also help combat any slippery areas that may arise before the morning sun. All teams completed their salt service run by 1am on January 28, 2022.
