Salt Run Service Completion December 7, 2023

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown started a full salt service run of all properties within these regions as of 2am on December 7th, 2023.  Throughout this weather episode, we received anywhere from 1  – 2cm of  snow which tapered off around 4am December 7, 2023.   Throughout these service regions the overnight temperatures were forecasted to be around -2° with temperatures climbing to 1° as of 3am and on the rise but the temperatures did not get as low as forecasted, we hovered around the 0° to 1° throughout.  All teams started a full salt service run of all properties as of 2am on December 7, 2023 which this salt service run was performed to help combat the snow that is fell during this weather episode to help combat the snow that had fallen as well to help prevent slippery areas.  All teams completed their salt service runs as of 7am on December 7, 2023.  Our teams remain on standby should weather change.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates as well any weather updates.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Oshawa and Ajax have been monitoring the weather system that began close to midnight on December 7th, 2023.  Throughout this weather episode, there is a potential throughout the GTA to see anywhere from a dusting of snow to possible 1-2cm of snow until 6am on December 7, 2023.   Throughout these service regions the overnight temperatures are around -2° with temperatures climbing to 1° as of 3am and on the rise. We are forecasted to see scattered flurries until 6am.  All teams started a full salt service run of all properties as of 2am on December 7, 2023.  This salt service run is being performed to help combat the snow that is forecasted to fall as well further flurries that we may see throughout this weather system and to help combat any slippery areas that may arise.  We have an estimated completion of all routes as of 7am on December 7, 2023.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates as well any weather updates.
