Paramount Snow Management teams began a full plow service as of 4:00 AM on December 23, 2025. Our teams shifted from an anticipated salt service run to a full plow service after most areas across the GTA received approximately 5 to 10 cm of snowfall.

All teams completed the full plow service, with a salt service run commencing immediately afterward. Plow services were completed by approximately 1:00 PM on December 23, following a brief delay due to required vehicle repairs. The salt service run was completed by approximately 3:00 PM on December 23.

Temperatures during the weather event remained above freezing, with a mix of snow and mixed precipitation observed throughout the day. All sites across the GTA received plow and salt services due to the snowfall accumulation, with the salt application performed to help prevent freezing conditions as temperatures are expected to remain above freezing until the evening hours of December 23, before dipping below freezing overnight. This salt service run will help combat any slippery areas that may arise.

All teams remain on standby should further servicing be required.
