Site Service Completion & Weather Monitoring Freezing Rain Watch March 29, 2025

The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown had been monitoring all regions throughout the day on March 29, 2025.  Our teams are starting at 11 pm within Milton to perform a full service run to help combat any slippery areas that may be arising due to the rain that we have received throughout the day, which is turning to freezing rain in some regions.  As of 2 am, our teams were checking sites within Waterdown and decided to salt as there were some slippery areas that were forming due to the freezing rain episode.  Our snow management teams checked sites within Oakville and Burlington and no sites required salting as of 4 am.  This salt service run was performed to help combat any slippery areas from arising due to the freezing rain episode seen from March 29 into the early morning hours of March 30, 2025.  Temperatures have been hovering around 0°C and -1°C throughout this weather episode, with the temperatures on the rise throughout the day on March 30, 2025, with a high of 5°C.  Teams completed their salt service runs of properties within these regions as of 3 am on March 30, 2025.  Our teams will continue to monitor into the early morning hours of March 30 to ensure the safety of all properties.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates as we continue to monitor the weather and sites.

Light Freezing Drizzle

The Paramount Service teams throughout Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Brantford have been monitoring all regions throughout the overnight hours of March 29, 2025, and into the early morning hours of March 30, 2025.  As of 4 am, all sites have been checked and no servicing is required on these sites throughout these regions.  Our teams will continue to monitor all sites throughout these regions during the morning hours of March 30 to ensure the safety of all properties.  Temperatures were hovering around 0°C and -1°C throughout the overnight hours and are forecasted to climb during the day on March 30 with a high of 5°C.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates as we continue to monitor the weather and sites.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge had been monitoring all regions throughout the day on March 29, 2025, and into the early morning hours of March 30, 2025.  Our teams are starting at 11 pm within Guelph to perform a full service run to help combat any slippery areas that may be arising due to the rain that we have received throughout the day, which is turning to freezing rain in some regions.  Our teams within Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge will continue to monitor these regions throughout the early morning hours of March 30.  As of 4 am on March 30 no salting has been required throughout these regions, but our snow management teams will continue to monitor to ensure the safety of the properties.  Temperatures were hovering around 0°C and -1°C with temperatures on the rise to a high of 8°C.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates as we continue to monitor the weather and sites.

Light Rain

The Paramount Service teams throughout London and Woodstock have been monitoring the weather that has been taking place over the GTA throughout the day on March 29, 2025.  Sites within London and Woodstock don’t foresee any servicing to be required throughout this weather system but all teams remain on standby.  Temperatures are remaining above freezing throughout this system and are not forecasted to drop below freezing throughout this system.  As of 4 am, all sites within these regions were checked, and no servicing was required throughout this weather episode.  Our teams will continue to monitor all sites and will service when and if required.
