The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown had been monitoring all regions throughout the day on March 29, 2025. Our teams are starting at 11 pm within Milton to perform a full service run to help combat any slippery areas that may be arising due to the rain that we have received throughout the day, which is turning to freezing rain in some regions. As of 2 am, our teams were checking sites within Waterdown and decided to salt as there were some slippery areas that were forming due to the freezing rain episode. Our snow management teams checked sites within Oakville and Burlington and no sites required salting as of 4 am. This salt service run was performed to help combat any slippery areas from arising due to the freezing rain episode seen from March 29 into the early morning hours of March 30, 2025. Temperatures have been hovering around 0°C and -1°C throughout this weather episode, with the temperatures on the rise throughout the day on March 30, 2025, with a high of 5°C. Teams completed their salt service runs of properties within these regions as of 3 am on March 30, 2025. Our teams will continue to monitor into the early morning hours of March 30 to ensure the safety of all properties. Please check back to this site for future service level updates as we continue to monitor the weather and sites.
