Site Servicing Completion & Weather Monitoring March 6, 2025

The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown are monitoring a potential weather system in the forecast for the early morning of March 6, 2025.  All regions have a chance for some scattered flurries in the morning hours of March 6, 2025, with a chance of less than a centimeter of snowfall.  Temperatures during the overnight and early morning are forecasted to be above freezing and remain above freezing during the episode before starting to dip below freezing around 3 pm to -1°C.  As of 8 am our teams within Waterdown and Milton were sent to perform a salt service run of properties within these areas.  Temperatures dropped below freezing during the morning of March 6, 2025, and also received some scattered flurries throughout the early morning the teams performed this salt service run to help combat the snow that fell as well as to help combat any slippery areas that may arise.  Our teams completed their service run as of noon on March 6.  Teams within Burlington and Oakville were dispatched to check sites around 2 pm on March 6 and to perform some spot salting where required to help combat any slippery areas that may be on sites due to run off.  Our teams remain on standby should further servicing be required during the overnight hours.  Please check back to this site for future service updates.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Brantford are monitoring a potential weather system in the forecast for the early morning of March 6, 2025.  All regions have a chance for some scattered flurries in the morning hours of March 6, 2025, with a chance of less than a centimeter of snowfall.  Temperatures during the overnight and early morning are forecasted to be above freezing and remain above freezing during the episode before starting to dip below freezing around 3 pm to -1°C.  As of 2 pm our teams within these service regions were sent to perform a salt service run of properties within these areas.  Teams performed a salt service run or spot salt of sites throughout these regions which were site-dependent and to treat run off.  Temperatures dropped below freezing during the morning of March 6, 2025, and also received some scattered flurries throughout the early morning the teams performed this salt service run to help combat the snow that fell as well as to help combat any slippery areas that may arise.  Our teams completed their service run as of 6 pm on March 6.  Our teams remain on standby should further servicing be required during the overnight hours.  Please check back to this site for future service updates.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge are monitoring a potential weather system in the forecast for the early morning of March 6, 2025.  All regions have a chance for some scattered flurries in the morning hours of March 6, 2025, with a chance of less than a centimeter of snowfall.  Temperatures during the overnight and early morning are forecasted to be above freezing and remain above freezing during the episode before starting to dip below freezing around 8 am to -1°C.  Our snow management teams are monitoring this weather system and our teams are on standby should servicing be required.  As of 5:30 am our teams within these regions reported that some flurries were taking place and temperatures had started to dip.  Our management teams continued to monitor sites within these regions as nothing had started to freeze over.  Our teams were then called in for 7 am to perform a salt service run throughout all properties within Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo service regions as the temperatures are below freezing, this salt service run is being performed to help combat the snow that fell as well any slippery areas from arising.  Our teams within these regions completed their salt service run as of 12 pm on March 6, 2025.  As of 2 pm our teams within Cambridge were dispatched to service properties within this region.  Reports were received that streamers came through this region and properties were starting to ice up due to the temperatures being belowfreezing.  Our teams completed this service run as of 5 pm on March 6, 2025.  Our teams remain on standby should further servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service updates.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Toronto, Scarborough, and Markham are monitoring a potential weather system in the forecast for the early morning of March 6, 2025.  All regions have a chance for some scattered flurries in the morning hours of March 6, 2025, with a chance of 1 to 2 centimeters of snowfall.  Temperatures during the overnight and early morning are forecasted to be above freezing and remain above freezing during the episode before starting to dip below freezing around noon to -1°C.  As of 9 am our teams within these regions were sent out to perform a salt service run on properties that were north of the 401 corridor as they had received a band of mixed precipitation.  The salt service run was performed to help combat the snow that fell as well the temperatures being below freezing to combat any slippery areas from arising.  Our teams also performed spot salting on sites where they found run off.  Our teams completed their service runs as of 12 pm on March 6, 2025 and will remain on standby for further servicing if required.  Please check back to this site for future service updates.

The Paramount Service teams within Mississauga, Brampton, and Georgetown are monitoring a potential weather system in the forecast for the early morning of March 6, 2025.  All regions have a chance for some scattered flurries in the morning hours of March 6, 2025, with a chance of less than a centimeter of snowfall.  Temperatures during the overnight and early morning are forecasted to be above freezing and remain above freezing during the episode before starting to dip below freezing around 8 am to -1°C.  As of 9 am our teams within these regions were sent out to perform a salt service run on properties that were north of the 401 corridor as they had received a band of mixed precipitation.  The salt service run was performed to help combat the snow that fell as well the temperatures being below freezing to combat any slippery areas from arising.  Our teams also performed spot salting on sites where they found runoff.  All sites were serviced by 2 pm on March 6, 2025.  Please check back to this site for future service updates.
