Site Servicing & Weather Monitoring March 6, 2025

The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown are monitoring a potential weather system in the forecast for the early morning of March 6, 2025.  All regions have a chance for some scattered flurries in the morning hours of March 6, 2025 with a chance of less than a centimeter of snowfall.  Temperatures during the overnight and early morning are forecasted to be above freezing and remain above freezing during the episode before starting to dip below freezing around 3 pm to -1°C.  Our snow management teams are monitoring this weather system and our teams are on standby should servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service updates.

** UPDATE – As of 5:30am our teams within Waterdown and Milton reported that some flurries were taking place and temperatures had started to dip.  Our management teams continued to monitor sites within these regions as nothing had started to freeze over.  Our teams were then called in for 8 am to perform a salt service run throughout Waterdown and Milton as the temperatures were below freezing, this salt service run is being performed to help combat the snow that fell as well any slippery areas from arising.  We have an estimated completion time of this salt service run as of 12 pm on March 6, 2025.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge are monitoring a potential weather system in the forecast for the early morning of March 6, 2025.  All regions have a chance for some scattered flurries in the morning hours of March 6, 2025, with a chance of less than a centimeter of snowfall.  Temperatures during the overnight and early morning are forecasted to be above freezing and remain above freezing during the episode before starting to dip below freezing around 8 am to -1°C.  Our snow management teams are monitoring this weather system and our teams are on standby should servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service updates.

** UPDATE – As of 5:30 am our teams within these Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo reported that some flurries were taking place and temperatures had started to dip.  Our management teams continued to monitor sites within these regions as nothing had started to freeze over.  Our teams were then called in for 7 am to perform a salt service run throughout all properties within these service regions as the temperatures are below freezing, this salt service run is being performed to help combat the snow that fell as well any slippery areas from arising.  We have an estimated completion time of this salt service run as of 12 pm on March 6, 2025.

** UPDATE – As of 5 am properties within London and Woodstock were serviced with a salt service run.  Reports were provided that there was a light dusting of snow as there had been some scattered flurries in the early morning hours.  This salt service run is being performed to help combat the snow that has fallen as well as temperatures are below freezing to help combat any slippery areas that may arise.  Teams remain on standby should further servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates.
