The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown teams started a salt run as of 7 am on February 6, 2025.  Our snow management team had been monitoring the weather episode that started in all regions across the GTA around 3 and 4 am on February 6, 2025.  Temperatures during this weather system start at around -4°C and rise to 0°C by 11 am and during the day will be above freezing temperatures with a high of 2°C.  Our teams were reporting mixed precipitation along with freezing rain during the first part of this weather episode changing to snow, the snow tapered off around 6 am.  We received anywhere from 1 to 2 cm of snow in most regions so a full salt service run was performed of all properties across the GTA with an estimated completion of 11 am on February 7, 2025.
