The Paramount Service teams throughout Toronto, Scarborough, and Markham monitored all sites throughout the overnight hours of January 25 into the early morning hours of January 26, 2025. No accumulation was forecasted for these regions but during the early morning hours, our teams noticed some streamers which started around 1 am on January 26, 2025. Temperatures remain below freezing during this time. Our teams will continue to monitor all sites and remain on standby should servicing be required.
** UPDATE – As of 2 am all sites were checked within these regions and no servicing is required. Please check back to this site for future service level updates as our teams will continue to monitor.
** UPDATE – As of 6 am all sites were monitored and teams were called in for servicing within Toronto as this area had seen close to a centimeter of snowfall around 4 am on January 26, 2025. Our teams performed a salt service run within this region to help combat the snow that fell and potential snow that is in the forecast which is less than a centimeter throughout the morning hours. Our teams are performing this run as temperatures remain below freezing to help combat any slippery areas that may arise. All sites within Scarborough and Markham were checked and will remain to be monitored but no servicing is required within these regions. ** UPDATE – As of 3 am on January 24, 2025, teams within these areas have been monitoring all sites throughout the overnight and early morning hours. No snow has fallen within these regions but our teams will continue to monitor the weather as well as sites. ** UPDATE – As of 8 am all sites were checked once again by our teams, no servicing was required as these regions did not see the precipitation event as the other areas around the GTA.
