The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown teams continued to monitor all sites across the GTA during the evening hour of January 3 and into the early morning of January 4, 2025.  We were forecasted across the GTA to see some scattered flurries starting around 5 am on January 4, 2025, and going through until 1 pm with a potential of 1 to 2 cm of snowfall accumulation.  Our teams within Burlington and Waterdown were not required for servicing throughout this weather episode.  Our teams within Oakville started a salt service run at 6 am in the northeast parts of Oakville as they had received a trace of snow from the streamer that came through.  This service run consisted of a salt service run to help combat the flurries that came down and further flurries as we are forecasted to see scattered flurries throughout the day.  Temperatures remain below freezing sitting around -4°C throughout this weather episode.  Our teams within Oakville completed their service run as of 9 am on January 4, 2025.  Our teams within Milton were called in to start a salt service run as of 9 am on January 4, 2025, to perform a salt service run as these areas also saw streamers come through with a trace to a centimeter of snowfall throughout.  Our teams completed this service run within Milton as of 11 am on January 4, 2025.  All teams remain on standby should further servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Brantford teams continue to monitor all sites across the GTA during the evening hours of January 3 and into the early morning hours of January 4, 2025.  We were forecasted across the GTA to see some scattered flurries starting around 5 am on January 4, 2025, and going through until 1 pm with a potential of 1 to 2 cm of snowfall accumulation.  Our teams in Stoney Creek and Hamilton Mountain reported a trace of snow that had fallen throughout the early morning hours of January 4, 2025.  These teams were deployed to perform a salt service run within these areas as of 4 am on January 4, 2025.  Temperatures were below freezing sitting at -4°C, this service run is being performed to help combat the snow that has fallen as well as scattered flurries that are in the forecast throughout the day on January 4, 2024, our teams completed this salt service run as of 11 am on January 4, 2025.  The salt service run will also help combat any slippery areas that may arise as temperatures are sitting around -5°C.  Teams within downtown Hamilton performed a full salt service run as the temperatures were well below freezing and some sites were reporting to be a little slippery, this service run was performed to help combat any slippery areas from arising.  Brantford during this weather episode did not require any servicing.  All teams remain on standby should further servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge teams were monitoring the weather system coming through these regions that began in the evening hours of January 4 and went into the early morning hours.  We saw a trace of snowfall during the early evening hours, our teams within Kitchener and Waterloo performed a salt service run of these properties to help combat the snow that fell as well as help combat any slippery areas due to the temperatures being below freezing.  Throughout this weather episode temperatures were sitting around -2°C and a low of -6°C by 3 am.  Our teams started this service run as of 2 am on January 4, 2025, Kitchener / Waterloo received a full salt service run during this weather episode as they had seen anywhere from 2.5 to 3 cm of snowfall, and Cambridge reported as of 3 am that they had received close to 5cm which a full plow and salt service run was completed.  Kitchener / Waterloo completed their service runs as of 6 am on January 4th, 2024.  Cambridge started a full service run as of 3 am and completed the servicing as of 7 am on January 4, 2025.  As of 6 pm on January 4, 2025 our teams were deployed to service properties within Guelph with a full salt service run as these areas had seen a trace to a centimeter of snowfall, the service run was performed to help combat the snow that fell as well future scattered flurries that are in the forecast.  Teams completed their runs within Guelph as of 10 pm on January 4, 2025.  All teams remain on standby should further servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Toronto, Scarborough, and Markham teams continued to monitor all sites across the GTA during the evening hours of January 3 and into the early morning hours of January 4, 2025.  We were forecasted across the GTA to see some scattered flurries starting around 5 am on January 4, 2025, and going through until 1 pm with a potential of less than a centimeter of snowfall accumulation.  Our teams within these service regions as of 11:30 am started a full salt service run throughout to help combat the snow that had fallen as well as further scattered flurries that are in the forecast, and also to help combat any slippery areas from arising due to the temperatures being below freezing sitting around -5°C.  Our teams completed their service runs as of 4:30 pm on January 4, 2025.  All teams remain on standby should further servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates.

The Paramount Service teams within Mississauga, Brampton, and Georgetown teams continued to monitor all sites across the GTA during the evening hours of January 3 and into the early morning hours of January 4, 2025.  We were forecasted across the GTA to see some scattered flurries starting around 5 am on January 4, 2025, and going through until 1 pm with a potential of 2 to 3 cm of snowfall accumulation from Friday, January 3 evening until 1 pm on January 4, 2024.  Our teams started a full salt service run as of 5:30 am on January 4, 2025.  This salt service run was performed to help combat the snow that had fallen as well any snow that may continue to fall as the threat of scattered flurries continues, we also performed this salt service run to help combat any slippery areas from arising as temperatures remain below freezing sitting around -7°C.  Our teams remain on standby and if further servicing is required they will deployed.  Teams completed their service run as of  10:30 am on January 4, 2025.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Oshawa and Ajax teams continued to monitor all sites across the GTA during the evening hours of January 3 and into the early morning hours of January 4, 2025.  We were forecasted across the GTA to see some scattered flurries starting around 5 am on January 4, 2025, and going through until 1 pm with a potential for less than a centimeter of snowfall during the overnight hours on January 3 and into the morning of January 4, 2025.  Our teams started a full salt service run of all areas throughout this region as of 11 am on January 4, 2025 this run was to help combat the snow that had fallen which was anywhere from 1 to 2 cm of snowfall as well as help combat any slippery areas from arising while temperatures remain well below freezing.  Our teams completed this salt service run at 4 pm on January 4, 2025.  All teams remain on standby should further servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates.

The Paramount Service teams throughout London and Woodstock teams continued to monitor all sites across the GTA during the evening hours of January 3 and into the early morning hours of January 4, 2025.  We were forecasted across the GTA to see some scattered flurries starting around 5 am on January 4, 2025, and going through until 1 pm with a potential of 2 to 3 cm of snowfall accumulation.  Our teams within London performed a salt service run as of 7 am on January 4 as the reports showed a trace to a dusting of snowfall throughout this weather system and were completed by 9 am on January 4, 2025.  Our teams within Woodstock performed a salt service run as of 4 am as they had seen close to 2 cm of snowfall during this weather episode, they completed their servicing as of 8 am on January 4, 2025.  This salt service run in these regions was performed to help combat the snow that had fallen and future scattered flurries that are in the forecast, and also to help combat any slippery areas from arising while temperatures are well below freezing sitting around -7°C.  Our teams will continue to monitor these regions should further servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates.
