At the onset of the storm, temperatures hovered between 0°C and –1°C, rising into plus temperatures by mid-morning on November 30.
As of 3:00 AM on November 30, teams began a salt service run across all regions of the GTA.
This service was performed to combat the snow that had already fallen and to address any slippery areas that developed as the storm progressed.
The snowfall transitioned to rain during the morning hours, creating potential for slushy and icy conditions depending on surface temperatures.
All teams completed their routes by 9:00 AM on November 30, 2025. All sites within the serviced regions received a full salt application.
The salt run was completed to address the snowfall that accumulated, as well as the continued flurries received during the service episode.
All teams currently remain on standby, prepared to respond should conditions change or further weather systems develop.
