Snow
On Time
Throughout the day on November 26, 2025, we experienced bursts of snowfall across all regions in the GTA, with streamers moving through periodically.
It wasn’t until the evening hours that the snow began to accumulate and stick to surfaces.
As of 12:00 AM on November 27, 2025, teams were deployed in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown to perform a salt service run. Temperatures hovered between 0°C and –1°C, with a slight upward trend expected throughout the day. This salt run was performed to combat slippery conditions and also to help manage the scattered flurries to light snow that were forecasted throughout the day.
All teams completed their service runs in these regions by 5:30 AM on November 28, 2025.
All crews currently remain on standby, as another round of weather is expected to arrive over the next few days. Teams have been sent home to rest and prepare so they are ready for rapid deployment as conditions change.
