** UPDATE – As of 2 pm our teams within Guelph were dispatched to perform a salt service run of all properties as we had received reports of a trace of snow that had fallen, this salt run is to help combat the snow that fell as well the snow in the forecast as there is a potential for less than a centimeter of snow throughout the evening and into the early morning hours of January 16, 2025.  Temperatures during this episode are remaining below freezing sitting around -6°C with a low of -10°C by midnight on January 16, 2025.  Our teams have an estimated completion of this run as of 6 pm on January 15, 2025.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates as our team will continue to monitor the weather and the sites.

** UPDATE – As of 10 am on January 15, 2025 our teams within Cambridge were dispatched to perform a salt service run of all properties as we had received reports of a trace of snow that had fallen, this salt run is to help combat the snow that fell as well the snow in the forecast as there is a potential for less than a centimeter of snow throughout the evening and into the early morning hours of January 16, 2025.  Temperatures during this episode are remaining below freezing sitting around -6°C with a low of -10°C by midnight on January 16, 2025.  Our teams have completed this service run within this City as of 12 pm on January 15, 2025.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates as our team will continue to monitor the weather and the sites.
