The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown teams started a second service run as of 3 am on January 11, 2025.  Within these areas, we received more snow than anticipated throughout this weather episode.  Our teams were facing anywhere from 5 to 8 cm of snowfall within areas of Burlington, Oakville, and Waterdown.  This was a secondary run to the pre-salt that took place on January 10, 2025, which was to help combat the snow that began around dinner time on January 10 and continued to fall.  Our teams performed region dependant a full plow service where necessary followed by a salt service run.  Temperatures throughout this weather episode remained below freezing sitting around -5°C.  Our teams completed the full plow service and salt run service by 11 am on January 11, 2025.  All teams remain on standby should further servicing be required.  Please check back to this site for future service level updates.
