Site Servicing and Weather Monitoring January 3, 2025

The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown teams were monitoring the weather system that was coming through these regions that began in the afternoon hours of January 2 and went into the evening.  We saw a trace of snow fall during the early evening hours, our teams within North Burlington and Waterdown performed a salt service run of these properties to help combat the snow that fell as well help combat any slippery areas due to the temperatures being below freezing.  Throughout this weather episode temperatures were sitting around -2°C and a low of -3°C by 6 am.  Our teams started this service run as of 1 am on January 3, 2025 and completed their servicing as of 4 am on January 3rd, 2024.  Sites in lower Burlington, Oakville and Milton were monitored throughout the early morning hours, and no servicing was required throughout.  Our teams remain on standby should further servicing be needed and sites will continue to be monitored as there are scattered flurries in these regions that are forecasted. The Paramount Service teams throughout Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Brantford will be monitoring these regions during the evening and overnight hours of January 2, 2025, as we are forecasted to see scattered flurries throughout the GTA.  There is a possibility for some lake effect and blowing snow so our teams will monitor all sites.  Temperatures are hovering around -2 with a low of -5 by 6 am on January 3, 2025.  Our teams remain on standby should servicing be required during the overnight hours.
