The Paramount Service teams in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Waterdown teams were monitoring the weather system that was coming through these regions that began in the afternoon hours of January 2 and went into the evening. We saw a trace of snow fall during the early evening hours, our teams within North Burlington and Waterdown performed a salt service run of these properties to help combat the snow that fell as well help combat any slippery areas due to the temperatures being below freezing. Throughout this weather episode temperatures were sitting around -2°C and a low of -3°C by 6 am. Our teams started this service run as of 1 am on January 3, 2025 and completed their servicing as of 4 am on January 3rd, 2024. Sites in lower Burlington, Oakville and Milton were monitored throughout the early morning hours, and no servicing was required throughout. Our teams remain on standby should further servicing be needed and sites will continue to be monitored as there are scattered flurries in these regions that are forecasted. Please check back to this site for future service level updates.
