The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge are monitoring these regions, as we have been seeing flurries throughout the early evening of November 30, 2024. There is a potential for less than a centimeter of snowfall throughout the evening and overnight hours of November 30 into December 1, 2024, with temperatures hovering around -4. With the salt service run performed earlier in the day on November 30, 2024, we do not anticipate any required servicing but will continue to monitor.
** UPDATE – As of 2 am on December 1, 2024, our teams within Kitchener and Waterloo are performing a salt service run as they received a trace of snowfall throughout these regions. This salt run is being performed to help combat any slippery areas that may arise as the temperatures remain around -4 to -5°C during the overnight hours of December 1, 2024. As of 2 am, Guelph and Cambridge have been checked and no servicing is required. We have an estimated completion time of 6 am on December 1, 2024. Our teams are all on standby should servicing be needed throughout these regions. Our snow management team will continue to monitor all sites and update should any servicing be required. Please check back to this site for future service level updates.
