The Paramount Service teams throughout Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge teams started a full salt service run as of 11am on December 27, 2021. All areas have been receiving flurries throughout the morning of December 27 which began around 9am. As of 10am there was approximately 1cm of snow accumultation, with the snow continuing into the early part of the afternoon and then transition to potential freezing rain. Our teams are performing the salt service run on all properties to help combat the freezing rain as the temperatures continue to hover around the freezing mark before temperatures start to rise in the evening.
