Weather Servicing Update November 26, 2021

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown will be on standby and monitoring all sites throughout the evening and overnight hours of November 25 into the early morning hours of November 26. Sites within these regions are forecasted to see around 2-4mm of rain and less than a centimeter of snow accumulation. Within these regions we have been receiving the rainfall which is anticipated to change to scattered flurries around 7am on Friday November 25, 2021. Temperature is remaining in the + throughout the night but our teams are on standby should this change and will be monitoring sites for any slippery areas. Sites within Carlisle region are under a snow squall watch as of 6pm, the forecast is calling for 2-4mm of rain with close to 5cm of snowfall. Mixed precipitation is forecasted to begin around 11pm with temperatures above 0. The temperatures are hovering around 0 until 6am when it starts to fall around -1 with scattered flurries continuing throughout until 6pm on Friday November 26, 2021. Our teams will be monitoring and are on call should weather pattern change and will be on standby for servicing. Sites within these regions are forecasted to see around 1-2mm of rain and close to a centimeter of snow accumulation. Within these regions we have been receiving the rainfall which is anticipated to change to scattered flurries around 4am on Friday November 25, 2021. Temperature is remaining in the + throughout the night within these regions and start to dip to the freezing mark around 3am. Update as of 6am all sites have been checked, within Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge some areas of the properties were freezing over with the temperatures below the freezing mark and the water that remained on sites. Our teams decided to perform a salt service run to ensure the safety of our customers, this is to combat the slippery areas while the temperatures remain below 0.

Within these regions we have been receiving the rainfall which is anticipated to change to scattered flurries around 7am on Friday November 25, 2021. Temperature is remaining in the + throughout the night within Mississauga and start to dip by 6am on November 26, 2021. Sites within Brampton are forecasted to receive 1-3mm of rain fall with temperatures remaining in the + until 5am where there is a chance for scattered flurries possibly close to 1cm of snow accumulation. Temperature is remaining in the + throughout the night. Friday November 25 the temperatures are forecasted to dip below the freezing point around 7am with a chance of scattered flurries. Within Ajax they are forecasted to see around 2-4 mm of rain and close to a centimeter of snow accumulation. Temperatures are forecasted to remain in the + during the overnight and into the morning of Friday November 24, by 6am temperatures start to dip with the chance of Scattered Flurries.
