Winter Storm Update December 16, 2020

Paramount Service teams within Burlington, Oakville, Waterdown and Milton are gearing up for a winter storm on December 16, 2020. These sites are forecasted to see anywhere from 2-5cm of snowfall beginning around 11pm on December 16 and finishing at 6am on December 17, 2020. We anticipate a full plow run followed by a salt run to commence during the early morning hours of December 17, 2020. If we hit the 5cm threshold all residential properties will be serviced. Please check back to this site for service level updates throughout the evening. The salt run we anticipate will be completed during mid morning on December 17, 2020 as the storm seems to be tracking slower than anticipated.

Paramount Service teams within Hamilton, Stoney Creek and Grimsby are gearing up for a winter storm on December 16, 2020. Hamilton and Stoney Creek forecasted to see anywhere from 2-5cm of snowfall beginning around 11pm on December 16 and finishing at 6am on December 17, 2020 whereas Stoney Creek is calling for possible 5 to 10cm of snowfall. We anticipate a full plow run followed by a salt run to commence during the early morning hours of December 17, 2020. If we hit the 5cm threshold all residential properties will be serviced. We anticipate the salt run after plowing to commence mid-morning as the storm seems to be moving slower than anticipated.

Paramount Service teams for Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and Brantford are gearing up for a winter storm that is anticipated to start in the overnight hours of December 16, 2020 and finish around 6am on December 17, 2020. Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge areas are forecasting around 1cm of snowfall with Brantford possibly seeing 2-4cm. For these areas service levels could be salt runs to a full plow commencing with a salt run in Brantford. Please check back to this site for service level updates as the night goes on.

Paramount Service teams for Toronto, Scarborough and Markham are gearing up for a potential snow storm during the evening of December 16 and finishing around 6am on December 17, 2020. Toronto, Scarborough and Markham are forecasted to see maybe less than 1cm of snowfall but all teams will be monitoring all sites as there is a potential for lake effect snow that could happen. We are anticipating a salt service run of these service regions and will update this site as the night goes on with service levels.
