Carlos joined Paramount in 2019 as a dedicated Property Maintenance Training Manager. He has developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.

At Paramount Landscaping, he’s responsible for implementing comprehensive training programs for maintenance staff, ensuring they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his kids, trail walks, and fishing.
