Site , Service & Weather Monitoring March 30th, 2022

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown were monitoring all sites throughout the weather episode that began around 8am in most regions with flurries and changing to freezing rain. All teams were out patrolling in these regions during this episode, our teams were instructed to salt where necessary to help combat the freezing rain that was falling while temperatures were below freezing. Not all areas were required for servicing. Teams completed the patrolling once the temperatures started to rise and the freezing rain changed to rain. All teams remain on standby and will continue to monitor all sites throughout the night and early morning hours while the temperatures start to rise. We will update this site should further servicing be required.

The Paramount Service teams throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge were monitoring all sites throughout the weather episode that began around 8am in most regions with flurries and changing to freezing rain. All teams were out patrolling in these regions during this episode, our teams were instructed to salt where necessary to help combat the freezing rain that was falling while temperatures were below freezing. Not all areas were required for servicing. Service teams within Guelph were deployed around 11am to start a full salt service run as we received reports of some slippery conditions. Teams completed the patrolling once the temperatures started to rise and the freezing rain changed to rain. All teams remain on standby and will continue to monitor all sites throughout the night and early morning hours while the temperatures start to rise.
