The Paramount Service teams throughout Mississauga, Brampton and Georgetown will be monitoring the weather and sites throughout the overnight and early morning hours of February 26 into February 27, 2021. All teams are on standby should a salt service run be required as we are forecasted to see some mixed precipitation starting around 3am on February 27, 2021. Temperatures will be hovering around 0 degrees until 4am and temperatures start to rise. There is a potential of close to 1cm of snowfall mixed with rain and when this system has passed through the service areas temperatures are expected to be around 4 degrees and climbing throughout the day. We have residual salt on all sites from our previous salt run so we do not anticipate a salt run being required but all teams will be ready to deploy should it be required.
