Salt Service Run Completion January 13, 2023

The Paramount Service teams throughout Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Waterdown started a full salt service run as well tidy up of sites as of 3pm on January 13, 2023. This service run was performed to help prevent slippery areas from forming as the temperatures are going to be plummeting to -11° to -13° in most regions. The teams while on site had also done some tidy up of properties from the flurries we had received throughout the day. After the salt run that took place during the evening of January 12 and into the morning hours of January 13 we had seen approximately 1 – 2cm in most regions. Our teams completed all routes as of 9pm. A salt truck went down during this episode so the times were extended due to this taking place.
